Why I Can't Buy Google Voice Credit From My PayPal Account

Google Voice is an instant VoIP (voice over internet protocol) phone service that is similar to Vonage. If you already have a credit or debit card

 you can still use Google Voice to make sales. Just call your credit card company, and add the number to your Google Voice account. When you get a call from someone, just call them on your Google Voice account instead of your credit card company. This makes it very easy to keep track of who has paid what amount, and how much money is left in your account. You'll also be able to look up your balance and make a new payment whenever you want.

So you might ask, "Why can't I buy Google Voice from my PayPal account?". Well, the answer is simple. PayPal does not allow you to make direct sales using your credit card. The way they have set it up, they don't want you buying their products. They want you to pay by check, and they want to keep their advertising costs down to a minimum.

Google Voice only works if you are using an email address to log into your account. If you use a cell phone, Google Voice will not work for you. They do however offer cell phone-to-cell phone services where you sign up with your cell phone company and they will provide your phone with Google Voice.
